Each of our members are guided through a series of Personal Exercise Sessions specifically designed to understand your health and fitness requirements. Over a period of your first two months our Fitness Advisers are able to give you that extra motivation and guidance that you may be lacking with a view to achieving your personal goals! A Personal Program can be created that is based on your specific needs.
Two Fully Equipped Gymnasiums
Our Gymnasiums are designed to accommodate everyone from the complete beginner to the advanced exerciser. Our highly qualified fitness advisors are always at hand to give you that extra motivation and guidance that you may be lacking. Exercise is the key to a healthy lifestyle and helps to improve your fitness levels.
On joining Jealous we will give you a full induction and build you a personalised program to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our spacious air conditioned gymnasiums are fully equipped with the latest cardiovascular equipment. Our Cardio Theatre has a choice of different music channels so exercise need no longer be boring!... Just Plug a headset into your personal control panel and you can be totally entertained whilst getting fit!
We also have our music TV channel "Jealous TV" that plays the most up to date motivational music!

Bringing you the ultimate in Beauty Treatments and Body Pampering, our team of professional Therapists collectively offer a wide range of treatments to cater for your needs - From Swedish Massage to Reflexology, from Threading to Male Grooming.
We work with products from 'Algotherm', a French Thalassotherapy range for Facial and Body Treatments, 'nails inc' for Nail Treatments and the hygienic 'PhD waxing system' for our Waxing Treatments.

Membership Prices
We believe it is more important to dicuss your needs and goals before we can identify the best membership rates for you. Throughout the year our sales team will be happy to notify you on any special promotions and discounts available.

Members Area
Below are two forms you can use to apply to freeze or cancel your membership. After submitting a form you should be contacted within 3 working days.
Freeze Membership
If you need to put your membership on hold due to work commitments, holidays or for just a break, this form is the one to complete. Your are allowed a maximum of a month within your first year of membership. If you require longer due to poor health - we would need a doctors note explaining your condition.
Cancel Membership
If you need to terminate your membership, this is the form you would need to complete. Please note, it is better to speak to the Administration department direct as the reason for leaving may be able to be resolved and you can continue progressing towards your goals.
